The summer program is your chance to get out and take pictures… there’s friendly fellow club members to stand guard over camera bags, the folks you are taking pictures with also expect you to stop, take out a camera and wait for the “decisive moment”. They won’t complain or grumble like you might get if you’re just out with the family.
100% rain-free
So far we’ve been really fortunate and the entire summer program has been 100% rain-free so far 🙂 Landscapes and birds might not be your specialist subject, but there’s often a ready supply of folks who you can take pictures of too. The picture at the top and the one below are from the College Lakes visit last week. As a club we got unique access to shoot at the reserve after normal opening hours.

This week we’ll be close to the regular club meeting point as we are down on the Wendover Arm, kind of round the back of the Weston Turville resevoir according to the map. Hope to see folks there.
