Hi Folks,
Last night it was a fun evening where as teams or individuals we had to guess the macro objects being shown on screen. Previously we had all been given a few weeks to enter images which I certainly found quite challenging not having a macro lens or being the normal images i take but all good practise.
We were given score sheets with the images attached. Some of the objects portrayed in the images were quite hard to guess, others more obvious to work out.
Dave put them up on screen and we were given a certain length of time to discuss each one and then a buzzer sounded for the next one to be shown.
These are just a few of the images as an example.
Can you guess them correctly ?
1
2
3
4
5
This took us up to coffee time and some of the blank answers on the sheet needed to be filled in lol
The second half began and all was revealed
1 a fishing fly
2 a battery
3 a door latch
4 a tape measure
5 a clothes peg
So did you also manage to guess the object in the title image
The windmill fan taken at Brill
Anyway, we had 25 of these images to guess and the winning score was 18 points, so well done that team, we only managed 11.
Next week is a software evening and the experts will have laptop stations around the hall to guide you through using various software packages to improve your photographic images.
