Hi Folks,
Last night was the club’s Christmas do and Carol and her team did a marvellous job on doing the catering for us all.
We had four large tables set up which turned out to be four teams in the making for Chris’s challenge competition. Each team in turn thought of a subject on photography and the other three teams had 20 questions to find out what the team had chosen on the photography subject.
At the back of the hall a screen was set up showing Christmas scenes taken by club members.

And the camera club’s mascot who turns up every Tuesday. “Did I hear Tuna sandwiches are on the menu” ?
Then after the quiz, a session of photographs were taken in the backroom

Practical Night – Controlling Exposure
Tuesday January 8, 2019 from 20:15 to 22:15
A practical night, hands on learning of the parameters that control exposure. Bring your cameras and something to photograph.
Great record, Derek, of a really fun evening with photography friends. I’m loving the warm and relaxed atmosphere of club nights combined with strong motivation and drive to improve our photography. Roll on 2019!
Plenty of images to look at, with a good blog as always Derek. I am really enjoying the club, and look forward to coming each week. My thanks to everyone who contributed to such a fun evening. I am looking forward more of them in future.
