A visit to Marsworth reservoir and canal, Tuesday,16th July 2019

Hi Folks,

Yesterday evening thirteen members visited Marsworth and were treated to a wonderful evening of good weather.

 

The ducks and geese were happy to pose for us

quite a big area to pick from with two reservoirs and a canal all meeting at one point

 

members seem to be picking this spot

 

I was only going to use my small camera for the blog. However, a heron did three circuits of the canal in flight before doing a flight down the canal passing us all

 

Of course by the time I got my big camera out it was sat on a buoy for the rest of the evening

Leaving me Chris as my main focal point of the evening lol

Is that Lawrence over there better keep and eye on him

 

no I think it was just a duck splashing in the water
