Well I was there and what another exciting night for Imagez camera club, we pulled off yet another win thanks to some superb images from our members and final selections by Chenxi. We won the round by just one point from rivals Maidenhead and we now qualify for the final in April.
Final Scores were as follows
Ist ImageZ CC 277 points
2nd Maidenhead CC 276 points
3rd Northfields CC 267 points
4th Buckingham CC 264 points
I can’t show images from our club as do not want to give any clues to other clubs as to what Chenxi may use in the final.
Individual scorers for our club were
Steve Beckett, 18, 19 and 19 = 56
Chenxi Ni, 19, 17, 19 and 19 = 74
Julia Cleaver, 19 = 19
Kathy Chantler, 16, 19 and 19 = 54
Chris Andrews, 16, and 20 (and judge’s star awarded) = 36
Sarah Jennings, 20 = 20
John Timbrell, 18 = 18
Well done to Sarah Jennings for getting 20 points with her image and representing the club for the first time in the Rosebowl. Also to Chris Andrews for getting one of only two stars award on the night by the judge Martin Patten from Watford CC
