We explored the artistic side of photography through creative concepts, lighting techniques, and hands-on practice.
Martin had prepared a handout featuring examples from photographers including Trudy Kelpe, Brooke Shaden, and Francesca Woodman. Then members were encouraged to try their hand at a range of practical shooting setups to explore the Fine Art Genre in-camera.
There was a lot of experimentation with camera settings, movement, lighting and multiple exposures.
