Club Challenge Round One

The first round of the club challenge bought twenty-nine entries for the Open section and twenty-seven entries for the Wild themed section.
Patrick Seehanach our judge from Watford Club gave a very instructive critique, offering positive comments and ways to improve our images. His delivery was interesting and entertaining.
The Images offered a good variety of subjects with stunning wildlife images in both categories. Other images included portraits, street photography, landscapes, fungi, aircraft and motocross well as the natural world.
The winers from the Open round were:

- Caroline Petch, Motion Through Time 19
- Cathy Rose, Marbled Meadow Muse 19
After our break, the themed Round took place and the winners from this were as follows:
- Kathy Chantler, Left in the Wild 20 Judges Choice
- Steve Gunn, Hyena makes off with the spoils 20
- Martin Hommel, Dinner is about to be served 20
- Rachel Watts, A Wild Stag Bellows 20
- Lynn Day, Out for the kill 19
- Neil Tingle, Goatzart 19
It was a very enjoyable evening and thank you to Patrick for his hard work judging all of our images so succinctly.
