Excellent weather for Chiltern landscape photography at Pitstone Windmill

I willing to bet there’s a few folks who looked out of their window yesterday and decided to leave the camera in the bag and go watch Eastenders, well you missed out on the opportunity to try your skills in less than ideal landscape conditions. But you also missed out on the chance to see what you can do when the flat light suggests you can’t make pictures. Sure we’d all love to have perfect blue skies with white fluffy clouds, but this is England not Switzerland…

Several members were there with tripods to capture photos, some had travelled a bit lighter bringing #iphoneography to the camera club, shooting an image, processing with Snapseed and uploading to twitter or Instagram right from the middle of the field.
