Hi Folks,
The camera club met for the final summer meeting at Aylesbury last night. About a dozen members arrived at St Mary’s Church gate at 7:30 pm for a final club shoot.
About twenty to eight we started taking pictures in small groups around the church yard
Also there were the quaint old cottages to photograph
and cobbled streets
Around the back of the church grounds is this street
The sun was being to set leaving sunlight on the church tower
Then darkness soon fell as we headed toward the Council’s building
A subway was lit up for members to take
Judges always say get someone interesting in your pictures
or ignore them and try without lol
Moving on, we went up on the new bridge walkway.
Several people asked if we were a film company and what were we filming.
The fifth series of Poldark came to mind but not sure where we would fit in any Cornish mine scene lol.
Finally we were at Waterside Theatre photographing the lighting around the area
A nice social evening was had
The next meet up is in the village hall where we start our winter season and the club competitions.
