Hi Folks,
Around a dozen members met in Eythrope road last night to do a 2 mile walk and take pictures. It was a lovely evening and not so hot as other times of the last few weeks.
Rabbits in a field were spotted and Chris took us to the edge of a field where many photographs were taken

Always look for different angles to make your picture stand out say judges but Lawrence then disappeared down a hole of muddy water just like Alice in wonderland lol

Like a true photographer he manage to keep his equipment clean and was helped out

unfortunately not every bit of equipment remained clean but he was a good sport and carried on

we then went down to the bridge

There was a lot of the green algae weed about due to this hot summer

a large group of cygnets seem to be thriving.

Then they followed on behind one another like icebreakers in the antarctic lol

many of the club members getting these unusual shots

above the bridge the parent looked on

Then we continued the walk

and into a cornfield which was about to be harvested but hopefully not tonight

There was a mound in the distance which we were going to climb but had to walk all around the edge of the field to get there

hopefully for the sunset

we did get one but not the perfect one we had hoped for

on the side there appeared to be a field of mauve flowers

A lovely evening and thank you to Lawrence for allowing the pictures, well I think he did lol
two weeks time sounds good but more details will follow
