Last night was the chance for members of the club to vote for the image they felt was the best image of the winners over the season. Again, the evening was split into two sections with the Open round first and the Themed round after tea break.

Peter Cox our judge from Tring Camera club was very well prepared and gave a short but very informative critique to each image.

First round had forty- one images and the second round forty- five so Peter’s task was quite a marathon.

Peter held back ten images from each round and explained why he had held these back.

Our members voted for the three images they felt would be worthy winners and Chris then collated the scores from the six tables.

Round 2 Themed 

Again, Peter held back ten images and members voted.

 

Cupboard under the stairs- Kes Ward   First

 Home Alone Looking Out on a Wet Morning -David Gibbs –Second

 Alone on the Bridge Chenxi Ni

 

Scores were totalled up and the two images were voted for.

We then had to choose for the overall winner from 

The Lone Tree and The Cupboard Under the Stairs

 

The Lone Tree was the overall winner and very well done to Chenxi. 

 

The evening passed quickly and was very entertaining.
